How to start when I don’t believe I can manage it?

I’m in a situation I don’t want to be in. What should I do?

Most of the questions I receive are linked to indecisiveness.

Those people know WHAT they should do. They know that if a person is not happy with the situation they are in, they should CHANGE it. If they don’t make a change, they will remain in that situation.

It seems simple. Yet people who are not happy with their life do not make the changes necessary. They keep repeating the same old behaviour pattern and are surprised when nothing changes. However, the same actions cannot yield different results.

Many people wait for a miracle, without realising that the miracle is their own actions. Others wait for a saviour, not realising that they already have a saviour within them. They just need to realise that the hero they have been waiting for is themselves.

New beginnings… Why are we afraid of what we need to do? Why is it so hard to start? Why is it so hard to continue? Why is it so hard to achieve your goals? And why should the goal be less important to us than the journey itself? This is what the new issue is all about – including the “miracle” in those hardest of times, including accidents and illnesses.

If you really long to make a positive change in your life, whether it be to your lifestyle, your way of thinking or achieving specific dreams, here are 50 thoughts that have influenced me the most and that we will be working.

1. If you really want to change your life, you first have to change the way you think. Only another way of thinking will bring other actions and other actions give us different results. As Einstein said, no problem can be resolved using the ideas that created the problem.

2. Start with what you have got, where you are and who you are. That is the starting point, not the end point.
